How do I get started?
Simply create an account, fund your wallet via Paystack or bank transfer, then select a country and service from the dashboard to rent a number instantly.

How long does a rented number last?
Standard verification numbers are valid for up to 15-20 minutes — enough time to receive a single SMS code. For longer-term use, we offer dedicated personal SIMs that last 30 days with optional auto-renewal.
Will I be charged if I don't receive the SMS code?
No! If you cancel the order before the code arrives, or if the timer runs out without a code, your wallet is fully refunded. You only pay for successful verifications where a code is received.
What services can I verify with your numbers?
We support 1,300+ services including Telegram, WhatsApp, Google (Gmail), Binance, Coinbase, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Uber, Airbnb, Amazon, Apple, Cash App, Chime, Credit Karma, DoorDash, and many more.
Can I reuse the same number for multiple verifications?
Standard rental numbers are single-use and expire after 15-20 minutes. If you need a number for ongoing use, purchase a dedicated personal SIM which stays active for 30 days.

How can I fund my wallet?
You can add funds instantly via Paystack (debit/credit card) from the Fund Wallet page. If manual bank transfer is enabled, you can also make a bank deposit and submit a funding ticket for approval.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer monetary refunds. However, if a verification fails or the SMS code is not received, you receive a full wallet refund that can be used to purchase another number or service. This applies automatically when an order is cancelled or expires without a code.
How are prices calculated?
Prices are shown in Naira (₦) or USD depending on your region. The price includes the provider cost plus a small service fee. You always see the exact price before confirming a purchase.

What is a dedicated personal SIM?
A dedicated personal SIM is a full mobile number assigned exclusively to you for 30 days. You can use it for any verification, keep the same number across multiple services, and receive SMS codes at any time during the rental period.
Which countries are available for dedicated SIMs?
Dedicated SIMs are available for USA, UK, Australia, Germany, and Hong Kong. More countries will be added regularly.
Can I auto-renew my dedicated SIM?
Yes! You can enable auto-renewal to keep your dedicated number active month after month. The renewal fee is charged automatically from your wallet before expiration.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only collect basic account information (email, name) and transaction data needed to process your requests. We never share your data with third parties. See our Terms of Service for details.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
